[0:10] the adult beverages are poured both coffee given given today I think the kids are asleep and this is new dad gaming a show

[0:21] about gaming fatherhood and new fathers figuring out their gaming lives my name is Trevor and I have a 9-month-old my name is Jeff I have a 5-year-old and

[0:31] almost three-year-old I’m generally hoping for the people at home that most of them are listening to this as opposed to seeing

[0:37] it cuz this uh so my my lack of Shaving like this state is is the the Fisher C for this come on because like the this is like

[0:49] the Fisher cut be like I can’t grow beards like I’ve tried and I get to this point and it’s like okay if I push this for

[0:57] another three weeks three weeks of hobo I can then take stock and see if it’s good yeah and I’ve done it and it it’s never good I can’t grow a

[1:09] beard I come to this point and it’s just yeah like I think that’s another stream because I can’t grow a beard it comes in all patchy and like there’s like chunks

[1:19] of hair that grow faster than other chunks so maybe we have another show on our hands welcome to New dad beards a show called beards dads growing our

[1:31] beards well I didn’t didn’t grow this week beard beard update no beard somebody made fun of me today he had a beard oh man you man the dudes I

[1:43] work with like their beards are beautiful like these big illustrious manly I had and actually they uh I had those friends come and

[1:53] visit and my son was so fascinated in the guy’s beard and I’m just like is he what this looks like am I now not Measuring Up is he looking at

[2:04] like what a real man looks like nine months he’s already like toss he’s like no wait Alpha he like this man looks like he could build a hut for us

[2:16] to live in I don’t know I don’t know the chump I’ve been hanging out with forget him so yeah so Jeff how has your week been in gaming and

[2:25] fatherhood uh week in gaming it’s been pretty good um still on Witcher but I got um I got a couple new games that I’ve

[2:35] just downloaded I got them a long time ago but I finally had space on my PS4 to get to um Divinity original sin popped into that one that one’s intense so if

[2:46] you don’t know about that one that’s like a I think it’s called a crpg and it’s just uh it’s got a lot of writing a lot of story is it Diablo style as far

[2:56] yeah um but turn-based so you’re not clicking um but you can use elements so like if you uh you cast like an oil spell and

[3:06] then somebody else can light it on fire and then you can freeze it and they slip and all sorts of stuff so it’s kind of cool that way but man it does not hold

[3:14] your hand like at all like you’re supposed to read everything and and this is what I kind of like because it’s kind of like that Nostalgia feeling because

[3:21] the older games didn’t do that for you right you didn’t have Google back in our day we didn’t have Google so manange coming great for

[3:30] uh for this one it was really uh interesting just to kind of get a feel for it I’ve only played like a couple hours just to um get into the story but

[3:38] I wandered into the wrong area and just got slaughtered like it does not warn you at all it’s just like nope can’t go here try again but as a dad though like

[3:47] with your limited time like are you not finding yourself daunted in the thought about like what the later levels are what it’s going to take to beat that

[3:55] game like the your ability that you will need to be able to beat that game like given the hours yes like and I felt that with um like Witcher 3 right but I kind

[4:05] of found it as like um I can try and do two long novels kind of in succession um I need to I need to capture my attention elsewhere so I don’t get too bored with

[4:16] one but then come back to it so it does like break up the game a little bit I think we’ve talked before about how we could game as kids like for eight hours

[4:24] in our bedrooms if we wanted to we can’t do that anymore but uh I find myself getting used to it I think think it’s just a matter of just changing your

[4:31] mindset a bit like you can’t really sink your teeth into something and play it for a whole weekend like it’s not going to happen it’s actually I think a bit I

[4:40] misspoke to bit I meant more just the actual like the difficulty of it like do you g giving your short gaming time and how precious that is like do you not

[4:49] find it daunting to sink into something so difficult I autosave and save all the time so I always have a backup of when I screwed up the only thing that

[5:01] really uh kind of turns me off is that I’ve seen a lot of character guides out there and basically because this game doesn’t hold your hand if you don’t

[5:11] build your car traits you could really screw yourself and you won’t find out until you know 60 70 hours in the game and then and then it’s you know more

[5:21] tough or stronger than it needs to be or whatever but that’s terrible man yeah like I don’t think it’s game breaking but could be made a lot easier maybe

[5:31] that’s when you lower the difficulty or something that’s why like another point if you can lower the difficulty in the game like on whim I think that does help

[5:40] it sucks to do it and it sucks when the game kind of tells you to do it like hey how about try this level like this is where you’re at but uh I like those

[5:51] because if you have a short gaming session and you kind of want to you know just enjoy the story a bit you can tweak that um like in game and then go back up

[5:58] and difficulty to try and get a good feel for it but yeah there’s a worry there I just uh I’ll try my best and if it doesn’t work out I’m going to leave

[6:07] it on the shelf and run like go back to Rocket League or something ball go in that ball good we’ll have to uh we’ll have to follow up week by week and see

[6:16] if you stick with it yeah it’s funny that was a bit of a I don’t want to call it controversy but the star the new Star Fox was announced I think last week late

[6:25] last week and they had a can’t like a can’t die mode like really yeah they they have this switch where you can just fly around and shoot things but you’ll

[6:33] always just win eventually like you can’t die so you know it’s meant it’s like a handholding like a very U easy like super easy mode like just in

[6:42] Infinity mode and people were you know up in arms about it like they were really upset like oh like only what is this baby mode and this baby games and

[6:51] like what why would you dare do this and it was curious to read the counter pieces to that thought in that you know I’m even thinking about your young kids

[7:00] where like they could probably steer the ship and it’ be a lot of fun to shoot things and just they’ll never die like it kind of just progresses or for

[7:07] somebody who can’t pass a level or for various levels of um Fidel any any number of reasons why it might be a great thing and more to the point

[7:15] doesn’t affect you as Mr hardcore so you have a choice right like you have a choice to turn that on it’s kind of like the cheat systems in the uh IOS games

[7:25] like you have a choice it’s always there kind of hanging over your head but uh you have the choice to turn that stuff on or off and I think it does make the

[7:33] game more accessible especially if you know say like um you know there’s many mental disabilities and people with you know certain other accessible issues

[7:42] where maybe they do need you know that Invincible mode for you know decrease in frustration or something but they still want to experience the game so I think

[7:51] you know some of that’s coming into play but I will ask you you’ve you’ve seen star the new starf Fox right what do you think of the graphic

[8:00] it’s like I don’t like the graphics just like it it really seems less I could care less for graphics um like super Fidelity like everything has

[8:09] to be absolutely amazing no no no but it look but it looks really yeah it looks really janky like it looks like a Wii title like it’s yeah really I did not

[8:17] like it I was surprised like yeah I there’s so much cool stuff you could do with keeping it cartoony is a wrong word but I I hope you’ll understand what I

[8:27] mean by that like you’d almost Go cartoon stylized version of it but really nice and crisp but yeah that is bizar low

[8:36] Fidelity I’m not sure what and I I think um kind of like the Lego games like they’re very cartoony looking but they’ve got like they’re very clean like

[8:45] they got a Sheen to them they kind of feel like what they’re supposed to be like the set pieces on the atmosphere like there’s depth like yeah when Star

[8:53] Fox came out it was like you know the super cuttingedge technology with the FX chip and all this like 3D uh 3D technology on your Super Nintendo

[9:02] right so you kind of I almost thought that they would almost break that with like a virtual reality or some other you know maybe they don’t go that way but

[9:11] clean up what they have it just kind of seems like they rehashed it almost and yeah it is it is bizarre think the we we’ll see how I perhaps like it actually

[9:23] looks great and the footage is just not doing it justice but um yeah it is bizarrely low Fidelity I’m not sure yeah what’s about that but like ideally

[9:31] maybe it gets cleaned up or it’s fun enough that doesn’t matter and just a quick cap on that point is just like or the conversation is the other thing I

[9:38] think about is Imagine like your son just starts to play and you know he’s able to control the ship and he’s able to go if you put it on that mode like

[9:48] you and if you’re you’re interested in the story or just seeing where it goes like you can totally just play with him to player yeah and like you can have

[9:55] that experience together and it’s not going to be this balance of like like kid keeps dying we can’t like progress like you know what I mean like you both

[10:03] can come along with the experience like how wonderful is that like how how great it is and it doesn’t affect anybody else so in some ways as much as it’s um with

[10:12] the learning difficulties that you mentioned with the uh young kids that you mentioned there’s there’s a whole world of interesting options with the

[10:20] zero difficulty level I didn’t think of the the the lives thing cuz I I did introduce my oldest into Battlefront and we just played like a cuz he like Star

[10:29] Wars whatever he didn’t need to see anybody dying but he kept dying from the other guys that would invade so I’m like dude we got like three lives we need to

[10:39] like beat all these waves of people how are you doing this I’m sure if you he went on public server he would still manage to beat me

[10:47] like I just can’t I cannot seem to stay alive for more than like 20 steps it is oh that matchmaking I I’m you know I rant about this probably it’s been three

[10:58] weeks in a row I bet I’m terrible at this game and I know I am but man like I got to be able to walk for more than a minute like it’s

[11:06] just these guys are so damn good Justin oh that’s great so the uh yes that was your gaming how’s the fatherhood side treating you fatherhood

[11:17] uh it’s it’s good we’re starting um lessons back up so swimming and we got um gy gymnastics for my youngest but with my youngest and Easter

[11:27] weekend um great holiday weekends three day weekend we get to potty train what a great time to do that right oh that’s amaz man so this and this is your second

[11:38] time going through your first kid yeah first kid we yeah first kid we did it around Christmas like whenever we have um time off what okay what the process

[11:46] is vacation let’s get that kid pooping in a bowl let’s take this happen yeah no if okay what we do is

[11:56] basically cold turkey right so the pro there’s many different processes out there you know do whatever works for your family and and your kid you’ll know

[12:03] your kid better than than I will but what worked for first was a cold turkey method where you basically rip off the diaper say goodbye to the diaper he says

[12:12] goodbye to the diaper No More Diapers um put them in underwear and every 20 minutes for basically three days um you ask them if they have to

[12:26] go and then would you like to try and that’s your day for three days now that doesn’t seem a lot but if like there’s a lot of seconds in those

[12:36] minutes a lot of minutes in those hours and it doesn’t like you can’t go anywhere like going anywhere is off limits you stay at home that’s

[12:45] terrifying like what are you thinking you are quarantined in your house you are trust me getting rid of that diaper I don’t even trust him in the house like

[12:53] you’re quarantined in the bathtub like I’m looking at the couch behind you and I’m imagining your kid just running around called turkey we have a hazmat

[13:01] suit that just kind of yeah no um yeah you know you lay down towels and you have lots of laundry to do and um you just let them you let them write it out

[13:12] and my eldest one kind of giggled because they uh they’re not used to feeling underwear and you know as if as a dude that would make you giggle I

[13:22] guess and you just running around different things and uh trying to go to the bathroom but um wow I can’t believe that man okay and then after those three

[13:32] days your first one was trained yes I’m sure a couple accidents I’m I’m certain but like generally he was trained after three days he was almost like 100%

[13:42] during the day at night was a little bit of different uh story which is fine like um we don’t say you know fully you have to be trained at night that’s I think

[13:51] different with each kid um but pullup nights so he wore nighttime underwear that we called it and he did that for about a year and

[14:01] then grew out of it and then now he’s fine right so I think by know 3 4 he was perfectly like done so during the day during everywhere after three days he’ll

[14:13] be good I am afraid after that like the fourth day so when you take him in the car or something like that car seats at risk

[14:23] so I’m telling I’m just trying to imagine him running around the house and like y coaches and carpets and the baby clothes like fine like you you know you

[14:33] got a ton of that stuff like like you pick them you pick them up like there’s just nothing there’s there’s nothing yeah man you are as a you did you at

[14:41] least like section off places your house like that like he was he allowed to sit in a coach behind you like are you please are you going to quarantine it

[14:49] there’s carpet I there’s carpet on your floor that I can see there is carpet yes we are not fortunate enough to have hardwood or maybe fortunate enough I

[14:57] don’t know like is Hardwood worse or better than carpet I don’t know yes for this pour soup on hardwood and pour some soup on carpet you tell me like that I

[15:09] don’t know I don’t know it’s gross either way but to prevent that yes you need lots of blankets and you need to you’re an eagle on this kid like you are

[15:18] asking him all the time do you have to go do you want to try do you want to try and are you are you wet or try or wet or dry yeah

[15:30] I yeah I mean it’s it’s it’s certainly appealing in its brevity like three days in and out and you it’s cold turkey right so it’s like any kind of half

[15:43] pit just break them you break them over a period D and then they’re a new person on the for that is that is something to think about wow like I yeah know that

[15:55] was a method yeah CU man that uh Freedom though like that there got there’s got to be some of the biggest Milestones like I can remember again like when Adan

[16:04] started sleeping through the night like just the lifechanging occurrence that that was like that’s that was just and to this day is still just so amazing

[16:13] yeah and the thought that all of a sudden now you’re not g to have to change him like that he’s going to do his business like a normal

[16:22] human that kind of feels like the next C I suppose maybe the next one’s like when he I don’t have to prepare bottles for him anymore but but um oh yeah yeah oh

[16:31] for sure you’re almost there right so just you keep going through I’m sure it’s one of those things where like I’m going to look back and I have this like

[16:37] checklist of things I don’t want to do anymore but then at the end it was just like be lonely and you’re like missed it

[16:46] all Cats in the Cradle with the Silver Spoon a rocking chair just I like well he’s gone I guess that’s it no it’s definitely at the end

[16:59] of the tunnel I it’s when it happens it’s great so it’s a lot more like less to carry too like you’re going everywhere we’ll still have a change of

[17:08] clothes like in the car and stuff but you don’t have to carry diapers and we still carry wipes we’ll carry wipes I think until the kids are in college just

[17:18] messy eaters even then they come in so handy so cool by carrying wipes around um but uh yeah I use those baby wipes on everything man like the they’re great I

[17:29] Dro some coffee on the ground just like baby white spill something on the dog just swipe them off with a baby

[17:36] white window window let me just get that spot real quick no but it’s good so like that’s going to be my weekend that’s going to

[17:46] be my Easter holiday everybody that is you can just think about me while you’re eating your fish and turkey or whatever you’re going to have this weekend we

[17:54] were asking about I think it’s ham is it not ham is it ham I don’t know whatever is man report back next week like you got two big reports coming

[18:02] in next week Divinity original sin did you stick with it or is it abandoned and how did the cold turkey training go oh yeah I will uh yeah I’ll let you know

[18:14] and if I you know look any different or you know slightly more gray hairs on the side or something just bald just full on Bald next time done you won’t even see

[18:23] me the next week I’ll just be running around in circles just you are you gonna go you going to there’s no there’s no coach behind you the carpet’s ripped up

[18:33] the walls just studs like you’re yeah but that’s uh yeah no that’s that’s me um how’s about you so going cold turkey this weekend

[18:47] yeah know the um no things have be great so gaming it’s funny I’ve been finding a lot of um a lot of trepidation about games that I’m going to get into just

[18:57] cuz like with the Limited hours like it is funny cuz when I when Adrian was barely sleeping at all uh my son it it was it was especially bad cuz like man I

[19:07] I might only have 20 minutes I want to enjoy this like now you know he sleeps for the night so I have this like between like when I’m not working like I

[19:14] have this like chunk of time that I know I can play but even then just recently it just I have this real burning sense of like what game do I want to play like

[19:22] I’ve actually gotten out out of elite dangerous the space SIM for a while just got to a good place and I’m like you know that one’s done for a bit B um I I

[19:31] had a inkling to get back into uh the Bioshock games cuz I’d never I played some I’d never really beat any of them and they just sound so amazing and I

[19:42] just couldn’t I I had this I didn’t it feels like I need like a somehow like everyone needs to disappear for four hours so I

[19:50] can like get into it properly and then I can start to pick away at it but I can’t seem to find a start Point um Hearthstone I got no interest in like oh

[19:59] what yeah Milestone this is a milestone for you that’s that’s been for a couple weeks it’s just I went on this streak where you

[20:08] know it’s you compose this particular deck which somebody just kind of prescribed and like oh this deck works and you’re playing and you just keep

[20:16] getting beat by these guys it’s a little bit like Battlefront but in a sense where you just and it’s not so again it’s not about the winning it’s just

[20:23] like there’s I’m playing this deck that somebody else put together for me right at the at the moment doesn’t feel like a lot of fun or very advantageous to just

[20:31] experiment like here’s how I would like to compose something let me give this thing a try just doesn’t work because everybody else is using these guaranteed

[20:39] wins you put this you take this and you take this and you will win like 70% of the time and that’s what you’re going against so certainly you could try to

[20:49] play around with some cards but to do so you need to have all the decks which you either buying them or you’re winning them and then you need to try to put

[20:55] them together and you have to have such an intimate knowledge of the rest of it that the I don’t have enough intimate knowledge to do the thing that I would

[21:03] find that is fun in the game which would be to try to put together my own little style and you know hash it out have a good time so just yeah just kind of Peet

[21:12] it out and I was out of that and so I started to get back into rocket League actually because I was looking down the list and it’s like you know I got this

[21:21] little little segment of time to play something so I know this is like this is guaranteed and at first best part is it was kind of

[21:30] reluctant at first was like ah fine rocket League sure as soon as I got into like the first match it’s like yeah right I’m winning oh I guarantee I

[21:41] wasn’t winning I just just but it’s a car and a big soccer ball I’m just zipping around so it it was a blast and um

[21:51] yeah so that was just fantastic I was trying to find something on mobile that I could kind of dip into and now like curious

[21:59] there was a Square Enix sale that came about yeah there there’s sales this inter you no this one was you pay

[22:09] $9 okay and you get a mystery box where you get a give us $9 you don’t find out what it is but on this date we’ll just send you a bunch of keys that’s the best

[22:21] thing ever that’s amazing and I staring at I’m just like H I don’t know why I felt like it so I did it oh did you yeah the package pretty sweet unfortunately

[22:29] like I own a bunch of them but that’s kind of nice cuz I can just pass them out like to my brother and such of the games I have um so it had Sleeping Dogs

[22:36] Definitive Edition um it had uh DX director’s Cut oh that’s a good one it had um uh the quantum machine or something like that it was a very

[22:48] cartoony puzzly game that came around in the vein of portal okay that was pretty nice it came out with a it was like a 30% discount

[22:55] off of Just Cause 3 20% off of Tomb Raider and then the interesting one for me was it’s Final Fantasy oh jeez 13 is 13 the last one

[23:06] with lightning yes well she’s in everything she’s yeah can her everywhere yeah yeah so it was 13 dash2 so it was the sequel to that one right and and you

[23:18] know I I generally enjoyed 13 not my favorite one but yeah I played through it played with lightning and the crew and enjoyed the thing and now speaking

[23:25] of divin original sin and just as far as the time Final Fantasy X2 or X um

[23:35] 13-2 geez man I just it it certainly looks good like I I’d be kind of curious in it and maybe much like you just like poke it a little bit like play it for

[23:45] like try to put in five hours and see if I’m in it but geez that uh yeah I don’t know it it would be the first RP it’ be the first major huge RPG i’ getting into

[23:58] since I’ve had a kid and I don’t don’t know if I’m ready like I don’t I don’t know was it any good I don’t even know what the reviews on it I I didn’t play

[24:08] 13 like I was kind of taking a break from Final Fantasy after uh 12 I never got into 13 I I enjoyed it it’s not the best but it I thought it

[24:19] was great certainly like pretty I think the story got a little dumb at sometimes just like but I tend to find final fantasies do that eventually yeah like

[24:28] they had the first premise and then they complicated a bit and they complicated it a bit further and at this point it’s interesting and then you get towards the

[24:34] end and it’s complicate complicate complicate you’re like okay now I don’t know what I’m I’m fighting the darkness okay yeah all right I’ll roll with that

[24:43] okay I 40 all right I’ll keep hitting him until he’s dead sure whatever you need man uh so we’ll see any that box ended up working pretty well like that’s

[24:53] interesting I could look into it um that’s a great marketing technique what a great here’s $9 for a mystery box I’m intrigued I must go on cuz you wouldn’t

[25:04] spend like let’s say like Sleeping Dogs it’s got to be what five bucks now or something I don’t know it’s pretty old right you would Dro five bucks on it

[25:15] you I Som I think I got it as part of a Humble Bundle where it’s like one of like six games and it’s just like yeah that one looks pretty interesting it

[25:24] look it looked pretty cool at the time but I just I’ve had it forever I just I’m not bothered to look at it the man was been C so I’ll tell you the weirdest

[25:34] thought I’ve had I’ll be curious to see what you think about it where I’ve had the oddest urge like the last week to get Street Fighter 5 and try to become

[25:45] like try to become really good at it like really oh no not me so Al so I had you at the first part yes but no not to get good because I

[25:55] I’ve seen some clips of those dudes and whole like you’re not talking Championship well maybe you are I don’t know this is so so here’s the thought

[26:03] that came in my head in totally at a left field I’ve never had this impulse in my life it was the question of what if I could become like one of the top

[26:12] 100 players in either Canada or North America top 100 totally do it I think you should go for it man another stream Trevor’s Journey to the top 100 so

[26:24] welcome to year six folks uh I’m still ranked 20 20,000 in the world no progress only 101 people playing Trevor are you cuz it

[26:35] yeah it’s just I just worry that I I I’ve enjoyed the like I’ve never gotten really into those games I’ve enjoyed them they’re fun and I really love the

[26:43] art style of final F Final Fantasy of the new Street Fighter ones like I love the direction they took with four yeah um just gorgeous like just stunning and

[26:53] so there’d be Parts I would certainly enjoy I’m just worried that like to get to that level I need need to devoid it of all enjoyment like I’m not going to

[27:01] have fun anymore like it’s just going to be well now I need to bring up the Excel sheet and study yeah it might be Hearthstone right you might have like

[27:08] well why am I you know I got to know the ins and outs you got to know the animations down to like the millisecond of your combos right like these guys

[27:17] that train this are like masters of their game like so maybe not going to that level but see if you can go online and kick some butt I don’t know I think

[27:31] set a goal so I think there’s two good parts I’d like as opposed to Hearthstone that I think would would sit well with me namely um so Hearthstone you have to

[27:41] have the cards and I mean they just launched another expansion pack where if you if you’re honest you probably need to spend about $50 to get enough packs

[27:50] to get enough cards to put together good stuff and that’s every time they do an expansion um you have to have these golden rares that you need to craft by

[27:57] like playing it enough like so there’s just the card requirement which takes a lot of time and theoretically a lot of money right right and that’s a problem

[28:06] for me and then otherwise it’s actually just what they call RNG like random number generator where generally like if you get to in Hearthstone if you get a

[28:16] you’re just going to get a lot of bad drops in about 70 like the best players will win like 60 to 70% of the time and other times you’re just going to get bad

[28:25] drops oh okay right and I think think like the top like you have to imagine the guys like in the top thousand consistently can kind of like move up

[28:34] it’s nothing about I don’t think there’s a lot of luck in it right like if you’re good with this character with rayu and you’re able to just like Crank it like

[28:42] you’re just good with him like you have that it’s skill-based as opposed to so much luck and of course like not to say her Stone certainly has skills like the

[28:50] top guys are always going to the tournaments right like there is a list of like these 10 guys and they’re always there cuz they’re the geniuses it but

[28:59] even then like they have a 60 70% win ratio and the it just seems like yeah I think you should do it totally do it you need a game pad though

[29:08] you need one of the joysticks see I I don’t know about that because they the I was watching a tournament and one of the top guys in the US uses a um what do you

[29:16] call it Xbox controller really yeah no so it doesn’t I’m sure like super Elite that would kill it for me I could care less to have a special controller for

[29:26] that one yeah but um yeah you should do it okay you’re GNA do it and you’re GNA say like which character you’re really good at and

[29:35] you’re gonna have a goal we’re gonna see you we’re gonna have like a little meter at the side like where you are yeah you know what I should do I should um yeah

[29:43] you know I will do that would be funny to watch it it might burn it might absolute crash and burn but I will start it and I will only play besides like

[29:51] some practice like I will generally only play ranked matches just see and just see what happens like just document your struggles yeah so I’m G so my plan will

[30:01] be I’ll go through all the the training missions I will um beat the game like uh this like on the a watch a couple videos online and then just see what happens

[30:16] and then so starts my professional career you’re excited I’m excited week two yeah that’s uh turns out I’m really bad at this uh no we’ll do it you you

[30:28] got to stream it you got to watch you have people live chat you and your awesomeness nothing but taunts I’m absolutely this dad doesn’t know what

[30:36] he’s doing get him off what a n Noob dad more like Noob dad am I right you’re gonna totally do it it’s gonna be great oh wait you’re getting it on PC then

[30:47] right you got PC yeah which it’s exciting because it seems uh Xbox opened up the possibility this week for crossplay yeah I heard about that yeah

[30:58] so and Playstation said that they were warm to the idea I think ultimately PlayStation’s in the position of power so really if they decide to do it then

[31:07] game on like Xbox not not having sold as well but man the thought that like finally like like you and Rocket actually in fact rocket League of all

[31:17] games came out the developers came out and said they figured it out like rocket League no were able to connect their or at least prove that they can connect

[31:26] their Xbox games to the PS4 games games they just need yeah they just need like the cooperation of the two companies so if PlayStation decides to play

[31:34] ball so that’s EXC and what’s that yeah so you I finally play rocket League together although see man it’s been all it’s been all

[31:44] uh it’s been all gaming news and no baby news but I do have a baby question for you later we’ll get there I will say the one thing that’s B like so I don’t know

[31:52] did we talk about PlayStation VR last week no but we should cuz I was so close to not bu had it in my cart anyway sorry I’ll let you continue that well you had

[32:03] it in the online shop you were doing the pre-order I wasn’t gonna do I wasn’t going to do it but it felt exciting that I because I went it was released in

[32:11] North America as a pre-order at 10: a.m. right on Amazon and it was like I was like I’ll just look and see because I’m excited I’m a

[32:21] gamer whatever so I got online didn’t happen like Amazon died like which I’ve never seen happen it just didn’t load the page um people are complaining that

[32:31] they didn’t like release it in time and other people like it was sold out before the page came up whatever but no one thought of Walmart and Walmart had

[32:39] bundles at like six o’clock at night I like oh it’s so much money and if I wasn’t with two kids and I didn’t have a life I would totally but I had it in my

[32:50] cart you just and you’re just staring at that screen there’s no way it’s like this one like bead of sweat just like like trickling I just had one and then

[33:00] I’m thinking like what if it’s like an investment and you know their short supply and I could sell it later that’s not gonna happen I’m gonna put it on

[33:08] I’ll be like this is cool look at the shark neat yeah yeah not gonna do that might hon I might do it honestly

[33:20] because just like the because I don’t have there has never been a game I think and and being completely honest and i’ I’ve really I’ve had enough time to

[33:29] think about so I know it’s not necessarily A hype machine but I I don’t know that I’ve ever been as excited for a game as I am with no man Sky oh yeah

[33:37] yeah like it just seems so much like espe and then in many ways like I’ve wetted my appetite with uh Elite dangerous as far as a space Sim right

[33:46] but just this game and where it’s going the development team the cycle everything about it and the the depth more depth of it it

[33:55] feels like a in some ways a more completely dangerous getting out of the ship like doing some collection crafting um man like it it seems so

[34:03] exciting um I don’t know if I ever been more excited and the thought that it’s it is coming in PlayStation VR and and so what I’m imagining is it’s like for

[34:12] $1,000 cuz I don’t have a PlayStation or anything so I think fresh into it so for $1,000 it’s like that game it’s the VR headset it’s like whatever crazy other

[34:23] controls and cameras you need to do the thing and like oh man although now that I say that now that I say the words out loud like the

[34:33] amount of money well yeah see and that’s like if you had a good PC like a high-end PC you could go for Oculus or uh thatv or

[34:44] whatever the HTC One is but um I’ve heard that you know that’s again a PC environment where you have to be up in your driers something could break that’s

[34:53] a that’s a that’s I’ve thought like I’m I’m very I’m very excited for VR like it seems like such a interesting gaming platform like I would like to

[35:02] participate in it but with the G especially with the PC though is just like I’ve had enough issues I had like I couldn’t play rocket league for three

[35:09] weeks and I think I talked about this on a previous podcast but because I had this game streaming service that was registering as a controller so my actual

[35:19] controller was not going into rocket league right so every time I boot it up rocket League it’s like hey you got two players and I’m like what like it’s just

[35:29] on your shoulder like um could not figure out I don’t even remember how I think the service crashed One Day by Rand like random chance and I happened

[35:36] to start it up and it’s just like oh that was that thing son of a and I thought that in that environment that you’re going to be able

[35:46] to have all of this stuff working just seamlessly and easily without issue like day after day is like as opposed to PlayStation where it’s like GNA come

[35:55] home you’re GNA unpack it you’re going to wait two days while it downloads the update driver sure and then you’re going to it’s just going

[36:04] to work and that’s having owned you know previous PlayStations and knowing Sony is a company so yeah yeah if and you know ultimately like the it’s more it’s

[36:14] more expensive anyways like the V the Vive and the Oculus are $600 to $800 I would need to spend probably $1,000 on my computer to upgrade it right well

[36:26] when I had that in my cart when I had the VR S did I convince you are you going to go buy it right now no no no I was again the beat of sweat came down

[36:35] and I had this thought I’m like I was an early adopter a virtual boy and that did whoa who you had I had a virtual boy you owned and played a virtual boy correct

[36:51] wow and I thought I knew you do you I know do you remember Blockbuster like the video game the video game stores that we had

[37:01] in our day now we can say that like we used to rent video games um they had a virtual boy set up in their place and I went there almost every week like

[37:11] begging my parents to take me there oh yeah and they whatever they’re going to rent a movie anyway right but I would go over to this

[37:17] slimy like wellplayed with Virtual Boy headset you had to put it on over your forehead I was stupid kid didn’t know about germs I would cringe right now the

[37:27] dad saying that but I love that thing and I saved up all my allowances for like eight 10 months I can’t remember how much and I actually I think got my

[37:37] brother to go in on it or something I wheeled him on it and it was awesome for like the three games that came out for it because it

[37:48] was like Mario Tennis uh like some plane thing yeah it was like a ship red alarm or something or and then uh another Mario game and

[37:58] that was it like it wasn’t really well supported and it hurt your neck and it it stopped every 15 minutes to say hey take a break because it was all red it

[38:08] was like a red and black virtual reality thing so you’re all you just look up and see green everywhere like everything like this cannot be good just like

[38:17] spinning like passing out so I just I don’t know PlayStation’s like it’s it has to be different right and they’ve said like Sony said like everybody has

[38:28] to work together in the VR field to get this mainstream because if they don’t it’s going to go like the way of the vaita where or the move controllers like

[38:35] none of that was supported after they launched and then all of a sudden those move controllers have spiked in price because you need it for the VR which you

[38:44] could find any of those in like a bin at e games or something but I just don’t know but it looks exciting in the Cinematic mode where you can watch a

[38:56] movie like yeah close is it just feels like at least there there’s still going to be you know you can just start to see

[39:05] some silly applications for it because I I’ll say one thing one thing that I’ve really enjoyed is my Nvidia Shield which is just it’s a portable one and it

[39:13] streams games for my PC what’s good about it is that like I’m at night I can be in bed with my wife and she’s on her phone but we’re still able to kind of

[39:22] talk like gaming isn’t this well I’m going to finish my thought although I’ve already discredited it it isn’t this I’m able to participate

[39:33] in that game and I’m still be somewhat present with her yes so it’s God so no no let’s picture the same scene with a VR headset yeah head like what baby what

[39:45] honey I I didn’t when I started speaking those words I hadn’t really thought out my arguments so well and what I’ve described is Thoroughly

[39:54] ridiculous where the two of us are sitting in bed and I got this [ __ ] VR headset just like strolling around what’s that

[40:02] darling she could go to sleep right you know turn out the lights whatever you’re in your own little like concealed World here just until like I punch her by

[40:10] accident with like a VR like a move control oh sorry baby there’s a shark go back to sleep scaring game a scary game or yeah that is

[40:18] the oh that is Thoroughly ridiculous I’m that is embarrassing dude that I tried to defend that man you were like set up right to

[40:27] buy this thing and Maybe not maybe that’s not going to it’s definitely not going to work like that I’m still just I mean wor like theoretically I could just

[40:35] get obviously um no man’s sky on PC for you know the 50 60 bucks it would cost and then let the industry kind of sort itself right see where it goes but yeah

[40:48] I don’t it’s it’s certainly exciting it’s just I think it needs like a killer app right like I remember well even with Virtual Boy like

[40:56] that was the Taste of VR as a as a consumer like and it wasn’t even virtual reality like it had depths of field right so it had like the tennis why they

[41:07] chose tennis I don’t know but that was their thing that they marketed on right I don’t know what Sony is exactly I don’t know what their launch title would

[41:16] be like they have like the move games that kind of are like the Wii games like it comes with like I don’t know 20 different miname type things but yeah

[41:26] they need like they they VR world that looks pretty interesting not great I’ve seen man I’m trying to think there’s that battle one like there like battle

[41:37] bots in an arena I think it’s I don’t know that’s a launch title though no it might not be so I know I know that um no man’s Sky will have that support

[41:48] whenever like the two things launch like simultaneously um I’m trying to think because I I had watched a big video list of VR games and I’m trying to remember

[41:58] if it was for PlayStation like VR psvr or if it was just like Oculus or something else I could swear it was psvr like it had a

[42:07] big list there was like 20 launch titles like it seemed like they had really like landed up like put together some good ones yeah no it was I swear it was there

[42:15] was a demo where the reviewer was talking about what’s great about it is that there’s Indie titles like there’s this one where it’s you’re in this world

[42:22] and there’s these little pink bunnies that are running across it’s a little bit like Lemmings basically basically but it’s a smaller game by from a

[42:29] smaller studio and it was kind of interesting cuz they’re launching for VR and then there’s obviously the big titles um probably most notably the eve

[42:37] Valkyrie yes that one looks cool that look yeah that looks pretty sweet so it like it I’m trying to think like again I would have they say they’re trying to

[42:48] review it but like you need to you need to be there and actually experience it which I think is what uh benefited the virtual boy having those denimal demo

[42:57] models set up right so you need to actually experience it and I don’t think like I’m even trying to think um like I’m really looking forward to Uncharted

[43:04] right so how would like a shooter like that work like are you on Rails or is it some sort of like limited movement like I can’t see you walking but maybe that’s

[43:14] the controller that pushes you forward but is that weird that you’re I think on some of the controllers I’ve seen is like you still get the

[43:22] joysticks right yeah so you’re moving forward but but there’s other buttons too so like it’s so this is controlling your movement and

[43:29] then like but I know for the vibe for instance I know it’s all about the space so like you’re actually moving and dodging although that that has no appeal

[43:37] to me I could care less to like jump around you have your kid next to you and you’re like whoops yeah I guess in a lot of ways

[43:46] it’s wait and see I yeah I tend to be a little bit bullish on it like I’m excited about it and everything they’re putting together seems like if in in

[43:55] many tiny ways if nothing else if it ended up being some of the demo titles which look fun enough but ultimately that um no man’s sky in that VR

[44:04] situation like that it’s if all fails it’s like well this certainly did not pan out financially but at least this this experience is amazing which I could

[44:14] half imagine yeah no I think it would be like if it really uh gets a Mass Appeal and a lot of people start developing for it and

[44:24] you know EA gets into it and they oh the Battlefront they said there would be a Battlefront experience but in VR so if that’s a snow speeder on ho that’s

[44:35] amazing no I think it was the whole thing I could swear they did you say are you sure it’s experience or I thought it was there bringing I don’t know if they

[44:43] committed to the full game or if they just said experience meaning like maybe it’s a limited version in some capacity because I don’t know how they’re going

[44:52] to transfer this firstperson shooter without people puking in a virtual reality like again I don’t know I I have to I’m just waiting I’m just waiting for

[45:03] so you end up buying it and I’m just waiting for you to try to strap it onto your kid’s head and just like that’s right I should do a stream with it on

[45:10] like just get it and we’ll both stream just with these virtual reality things on but I don’t I don’t know I think it needs a little time in the cooker to see

[45:20] what uh what people think of it what issues there are and it seems like I mean with with the kid thing though like so

[45:28] with the Xbox and Playstation all these other ones like there’s a fair number of kid-friendly applications basically kid games they can play movies they can

[45:37] watch Netflix and everything else this VR stuff really does not seem too capable for kids like I can’t imagine like anyone more younger than

[45:49] like a 14-year-old like strapping this thing on so this would be this would be certainly a game like you buy PS4 you have some fallbacks this thing play

[45:57] movies like DVDs and Blu-rays it plays Netflix uh there’s a couple really easy games a kid can play so like you can you can quasi pitch it as a family

[46:07] unit this virtual reality thing there’s no way you’re strapping the thing onto your kid so it’s like this is really an adult like this is you

[46:16] this is for Daddy this is my toy no and I think they’ve come out and said that anybody below 12 it’s not recommended like even the even the 3DS

[46:27] right the 3D is not recommended for anybody below seven because it can I guess their ocular Vision or perception of the world isn’t fully developed yet

[46:37] so I turn the 3D off which is that’s easy enough to do right so I think it might be the same thing with virtual reality where there’s it just might not

[46:44] it might be too intense for um they’ve said kids under 12 so that’s yet daddy at that point so again just say like you know putting your dad hat on it’s just

[46:55] kind of hard to uh validate so I’ll give you one more uh speaking of dad validation I’ve had this uh um s family card or the just the MDA 3 it

[47:07] it’s working fine it’s it’s an older car but uh I think it’s like a 2005 but does great it’s getting up there but like it’s still doing I own it like we’ve

[47:18] owned it for a number of years just like right we had bought it from the dealership um doing great have no problems with it right but it’s just

[47:26] it’s get the point where that I so badly want to replace it but there’s just not a lot of incentive for me to do it like I think um we’re try we’re trying to

[47:36] like plan over the next couple years and it’s just like I think I’d like I don’t not sure I’d like to buy a new car I I think I’d prefer to get onto a lease

[47:42] cycle but at the moment I’m not comfortable getting onto a 3 to 5e lease cycle just like with everything at the moment so I’m just sitting here in this

[47:50] odd point so I got this car don’t really need to upgrade it or trade it or anything else but it CU it’s doing fun fine but it’s at the same time like geez

[48:00] it’s getting long in the tooth I’d like to do something so this idea Pops in my head much like much like becoming a Champion Street Fighter um Street

[48:12] Fighter 5 Champion the if there’s been one car like a a very low barrier to entry dream car of mine has been a somewhere between a 1985 to 1995

[48:25] BMW right so this is like when they’re stocky and they’re very square and they almost look like NASCARs yeah and buy a

[48:34] BMW is that saying okay I’m convincing myself I’m I’m battling with myself to do it let me give me the two sides and then you can Jeff the father of two can

[48:45] give me his wisdom okay so this is the um let’s start with the cons I think I’m going to end on a positive note all right um it is risky right cuz it’s like

[48:57] it’s an old these things are going to be old and who knows if it’s going to break down right current car is working fine this thing is not

[49:04] necessary um it’s yeah there should be more cons than this I’m not doing a good job with the cons there’s plenty more cons and I

[49:12] guess I’m blanking because I’m so excited about the pros um it’s a potential it’s a potential Money Pit like I buy this

[49:19] thing it just falls apart and now what seemed like a relatively good deal is just throwing money away that I need to use for my family otherwise right um in

[49:29] some ways there’s part of me that thinks that a BMW in at the time would be slightly safer than a base model Mazda but ultimately like that’s like a 10 15E

[49:39] Gap in autom in Auto Innovation so you’d have to imagine there’s like the airbags are probably better in the Mazda right there there’s a safety situation right

[49:51] so there’s all those cons right so the pros is like this is safety issues okay as a con okay continue I don’t know I can’t speak with

[50:01] authority that it is there’s still some part of me that feels like a German like these things are all at the time where it’s certainly all built in Germany yes

[50:09] German Manufacturing in the 1990s it’s safety and reliability versus the absolute base model of a Mazda in 2005 like that that’s why I’m hesitant

[50:23] to say like it’s the type of thing like I I would feel probably more safe in a Saab from 1985 than I would in a current like Hyundai you know what I mean yeah

[50:33] yeah yeah okay yeah CU it’s there’s something about how they did it more metal that like cuts through other metal like Okay so let’s we’re

[50:42] gonna call that like the ambiguous column so we had the con column we got the ambiguous safety could be a situation pros and the pros is like this

[50:50] is the only time I’m gonna be able to do this you get jacket what’s that like leather jacket with a BMW oh blazing on the back no no I I think it comes

[51:00] standard like I think there’s a compartment on the back that has jackets jacket yeah it’s a it’s the only time I can

[51:09] probably one of the only times I can do it like if uh if we do decide to have another kid if um any number of other things happen like this this would be

[51:17] actually a pretty opportune time to do it um I could it’s going to be relatively low cost to get into it cuz these cars in my mind anything that any

[51:26] of the cars that stay in really good condition they’re going to start going up in value as collector items some of these cars actually go like in these

[51:34] years are already really sought after because they’re a lot of fun to drive so you get one that’s like really souped up and it’s souped up naturally not like

[51:42] just lowered and painted green so sou up like it’s because they’re well-renowned for being amazing to drive so anything that stays really well maintained is in

[51:54] future would go up that that’s not to say I’m not trying to I’m not going to make money on this that’s not it’s not like this will get value no that’s not

[51:59] it’s going to go downhill certainly but it’s at this moment you can get these things for pretty cheap right especially ones that have been wellmaintained

[52:06] um and so and then after I sell the Mazda like it would be comparable it’s the dream car that I’ve always wanted to drive and and given the family sit we

[52:17] could get away with it like I can do it it’s possible yes it’s going to be I’m doing a lot of highway driving up to my parents Cottage the m is terrible at it

[52:27] it is a cacophony of sound cuz you you feel every bump cuz again it’s a base car right it’s wonderful it works great but it’s just I’m on that Highway for an

[52:36] hour and a half going to my folks and it’s just loud awful noises and bumpy whereas this would be smooth nice so my main driving exercise would be vastly

[52:46] improved yes okay sanity got so yeah s so opportunity possibility living out the dream and Sanity okay so there so there there it is there’s the entire

[52:58] thing so wise man Jeff of two kids and how made more years I think we’re the same age yeah I think so um but well beyond your years and turn like I will

[53:11] deliver C WIS words to you never never have you uttered I want to now get a beat up Beamer or I want to become a street fighter Champion so clearly

[53:20] you’ve been shown to be the wise one but you know I will say congratulations to you on your midlife crisis son of AIT how dare you sir how dare you I said

[53:31] that you actually like seven years early or whatever so you’re close no but this is okay I understand your situation and I will

[53:40] say it might seem like a midlife crisis because you’re getting like your dream car that you’ve always you know wanted since you’re a teenager and now

[53:48] you can do it which having two kids and the money that you spend on them and I’ve been looking at at what people deem or what I even called my dad cuz my dad

[54:00] got like this red race car when he was 42 was like standard so no one else could drive it like it was his car like you know like you got it my mom couldn’t

[54:10] touch it like we couldn’t even get like in it um like low back seat anyway it was his car so again midlife crisis or like your dream car and this is the

[54:21] opportunity to buy it I’ve kind of come to see the light to say no like after the kids have gone through daycare and you’ve kind of get that money back or

[54:31] they’re going out of the house or whatever it’s opportunity to finally buy what you want because if you grow up as a teenager like you’re working for

[54:40] college and then through college you’re working to get out of college and then you finally get a job out of college you’re working to pay off college debt

[54:48] and then now you finally have money to afford what you wanted 20 years ago and there’s where the midlife crisis comes in but I think it’s just time

[54:57] where you can finally afford what you’ve always dreamt of as a kid which again yours is low cost entry so you know if it breaks down whatever you could just

[55:06] get a trade it for a psvr and be done with it I don’t know probably not the psvr’s man you see some of them they’re worth like uh and looking at them it’s

[55:16] funny because I’ve actually in searching like I’ve set a minimum for the cost the um like of at least like if they’re not charging at least $3,000 like I don’t

[55:26] want cuz it’s just like something is really messed up yeah maybe it’s a deal of century but I’m not like bothering or

[55:33] they transported dead bodies in or something like there was this one so hold hold on before I get into this the so was that was that approval of the

[55:41] idea or was that like again I think it’s kind of a like let’s report back and just see how that goes over um so I took my beat up Beamer to pick up my

[55:52] PlayStation VR and and fight stick for my local Street Fighter championship and the car blew

[56:01] up I no I just want to see video like you on film doing donuts in the parking lot with a kid in the back seat in the in the car seat just screaming outside

[56:10] the window yeah go so I’ll say like the there’s been some I I want to kind of call it a concession so like the one that I actually like the the absolute

[56:17] dream car is like the E3 E30 M5 model which uh it’s two doors at the coupe like it and no there’s no way with a kid I’m not doing a two door

[56:28] right so there’s these other versions that are a bit more um like the the one up and the one like the the one that I was looking at it’s there’s this old

[56:37] couple selling them they only ever drove them in Florida they were bought and just drove in Florida for its entire life cycle maintenance at the BMW

[56:47] dealership which they have records for every like every year all the oil all this stuff so it’s just like this this old man baby this BMW for the better

[56:56] part of however many he bought it in 1997 so that’s uh 10 20 years almost 20 years let say 20 years babied it and the thing um no rust no a A1 maintenance the

[57:09] guy was willing he’s like you take this to any mechanic you want like I don’t care that’s how good it is wow and all in the thing costs uh I think it’s like

[57:18] 4,500 and it says and here’s the other part about it so my Mazda has 180,000 km in it right right yeah it’s very it’s it’s working great it could probably go

[57:30] longer I’ve I I I feel embarrassed because I I did not take care of this car as well as I should have okay um it’s it’s a life lesson for me I’m G to

[57:38] see around it because like I should no I I should have t if I take care of your stuff kids yeah if if I rust proofed it if I had washed it more often it

[57:47] wouldn’t be where it is but that’s you know the Foles of Youth so this the Mazda as well is just at any point I think could like could

[57:56] also just blow a transmission it kind of feels like I’m just rolling the dice so it’s like I either drive around oh and that one sorry the BMW I was looking at

[58:03] 260,000 kilometers whoa it’s up there but for me it kind of funny thing is I think it and this is probably just me trying to convince

[58:13] myself but for me cars it feels like at the 200,000 Mark like at 100,000 and at 200,000 a lot of stuff starts to just go down right yes but if you weather that

[58:24] and you fix a bunch of things like then it can keep going and that’s when you hear the car going for 400,000 so or like things are so broken

[58:32] they just fuse together and they won’t break exactly it’s like this thing should be dead but it just won’t die yeah well no kilometers doesn’t always

[58:41] mean like especially if it’s Florida and the guy’s driving Highway like I don’t know up to New York and back who knows I like it’s all highway driving so as I

[58:50] said like I I had thoroughly convinced myself like not to get a new car or or buy another used car because this one was F I was doing great but I looked at

[58:57] it from this like there’s this opportunity and the the price is low enough that like to roll the dice to live a bit of a dream that I’ve always

[59:05] had for a item that I have to deal with all the time like on a snowy day I have to drive uh my son to daycare and I have to get into that car and it’s just like

[59:15] you know you’re reminded of that every day so it’s like there’s this opportunity to have these everyday little joys of it where it feels like

[59:23] you know maybe roll the dice and see how that happens but well it’s a low cost of Entry like you said right and if okay let’s say

[59:31] things don’t work out you just put it back up on the market and you maybe get $1 th000 doll less I don’t know like yeah again it’s like a price of a psvr I

[59:40] don’t know I could I could buy four psvr for this if it doesn’t work out no we should let our audience decide if

[59:48] you should get it we should have a poll and should do what they say I vote it’s like okay well it’s uh turns out I have to get a golf cart and

[59:57] drive that around for the next we need to then rename the channel because it’s BMW dads oh just one dad just one so

[1:00:08] the yeah that’s a lot of man that’s gonna be a lot of reporting next week as far yeah no yeah again I’m excited your Street Fighter career uh video games not

[1:00:17] actual street fighting and your BMW ding up in my BW BMW my game uh reporting back yeah you stuck with divinity Y and how your potty training’s gone over the

[1:00:31] weekend I am potty training I’m going to be so surprised if that coach behind you still there next week like that’s that is such bravery see where do we get okay

[1:00:40] so I’m doing poop training and you’re getting a BMW I’m just saying that our lives are very different right now and you think you’re seeing the light at the

[1:00:48] end of the tunnel you’re getting a new car we’ll see oh man the uh report back yeah well to go through poop yet what what age so how old he’s almost three we

[1:01:00] waited a little bit I think uh our eldest was almost well he was two and a half yeah that makes me feel better I got like another like one to two years

[1:01:09] of poop left in front of me and you’re almost done you’re almost out you’re just about to live the dreams so like I’ll trade you I’ll trade you a ride in

[1:01:17] my BMW for no more poop maybe I can borrow on weekends or something there you go I’ll be the cool dad on WE it’s GNA be a man the baby

[1:01:25] seats going in the back it’s going to be a family car is it leather it’s leather isn’t it yeah well that that of course funny thing is I saw some that weren’t

[1:01:34] leather I’m like no like if I’m gonna bother if I’m gonna bother doing this sunroof it’s got a sunroof doesn’t it yeah it’s it’s oh yeah of course it I

[1:01:42] think’s cool it’s really nice like power windows like I currently I don’t have power windows you should right you don’t have power windows right

[1:01:52] now nope you know okay quick let me just order this coffee real quick squ squ this is because I had an old Mazda prote that was horrible

[1:02:06] condition 2002 I sold that uh three years well I didn’t sell it two years ago it went to the dump um but my the point of where we were saying okay this

[1:02:18] car is had enough is when my son was in the back seat he said dad what are these for and he was pointing to the manual the manual window control I’m like

[1:02:29] that’s to undo the windows because I don’t have that in this car and he’s like why don’t you just press the button like everybody else in you know his

[1:02:38] class and they’re I’m like okay listen does your dad have a BMW because I know is your uh he’s got your dad’s got a beard your dad’s got a BMW yeah he’s a

[1:02:50] he’s a street fighter Champion like it all begins now it’s it’s it is the beginning of a great life yeah we report back on alt man next
